Exclusive: Special Counsel’s Office Is Investigating The 2016 DNC Server Hack

The U.S. Department of Defense tasked the same Georgia Tech researcher embroiled in the Alfa Bank hoax with investigating the “origins” of the Democratic National Committee hacker, according to an email first obtained by The Federalist on Wednesday. That email also indicates the special counsel’s office is investigating the investigation into the DNC hack and that prosecutors harbor concerns about the DOD’s decision to involve the Georgia Tech researcher in its probe.

The special counsel branded this person “Researcher-1” in court filings. His identity has since been confirmed by his attorney as Georgia Tech’s Manos Antonakakis.

The Michael Sussmann case is heating up.

On February 11, 2022, Durham filed the Government’s Motion to Inquire into Potential Conflicts of Interest in the Michael Sussmann case. Read it here. As you might recall, Sussmann was charged with giving false statements to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker regarding the interests he was representing in pushing to the FBI the Alfa Bank/Trump Organization hoax. More background information on the Sussmann indictment can be found here.

The basis for the latest motion is that Sussmann’s current counsel, Latham & Watkins LLP (Latham) might have a conflict of interest because Latham previously represented Perkins Coie and Mark Elias “in this investigation.” It is alleged that Latham “likely possesses confidential knowledge about Perkins Coie’s role in, and views concerning, Sussmann’s past activities.” (Cleaned up.)

The Supreme Court Drops the Hammer on Democrat Redistricting Games and Sets up a Coming Death Blow

After several days of bad news on the redistricting front, including a bad decision in North Carolina for the GOP-drawn map there, a big win has been delivered to Republicans. The US Supreme Court has ruled 5-4 to halt a lower court order in Alabama that it must redraw its previously passed Congressional map.

That means a 6-1 Republican to Democrat map will now go into effect in 2022, and given the makeup of the Supreme Court, there’s no reason to believe it gets struck down at any point past that.

The Biden Crime Family Investigation Resurfaces

This Is The OTHER Federal Criminal Investigation That I Told You Was Still Active

All had been quiet on the Biden Crime Family Front for several months, which led to renewed hot takes that nothing was happening with the federal criminal probe revealed shortly before the November 2020 election. Once again, we were all assured by media personalities that once the coast was clear, the probe of the Biden’s now slept with the fishes. 

The New York Post’s stunning publication of the Hunter Biden laptop story in mid-October of 2020 exploded into a scandal which both Big Media and Big Tech instantly leaped to ruthlessly suppress. 

But one of the results of the scandal was that it forced out into the open a federal criminal investigation being led by the US Attorney for Delaware, David C. Weiss.

Has Peter Strzok testified before a Durham grand jury?

The Evidence Thus Far.

In this post I’ll be detailing the evidence, testimony, and documents we know – or can assume – Special Counsel John Durham has obtained during his investigation.

By no means is this an exhaustive list; certainly, he has more information, documents, correspondence, etc. than we realize. There are unknown witnesses who have testified before a grand jury or have been interviewed by Durham’s team. There are issues he’s investigating out of the public knowledge. His investigation is remarkably tight-lipped. As far as we know, they aren’t leaking to the press for publicity or to put pressure on their targets. (Compare that to the likely leak from Special Counsel Mueller’s team that they had enough evidence to charge Flynn’s son, which was reported just as they were trying to get Flynn to plead guilty to the false statements charge.)

Some of this information is organized by category. At other times it is organized by entity or Defendant. Sometimes both. For research purposes, I will probably come back to this and provide updates so we have a running list of what has been done.

Since then, one of the documents that Trump was supposedly attempting to have blocked has been released. I say “supposedly” because I think there is something bigger going on here which I will touch on later. For now, I want to show you what this document is and what it means.

Random effects meta-analysis of all studies combined (pooled effects, all stages). Treatments with ≤3 studies with distinct authors or with <50 control events are shown in grey. Pooled results across all stages and outcomes depend on the distribution of stages and outcomes tested – for example late stage treatment may be less effective and if the majority of studies are late stage this may obscure the efficacy of early treatment. Please see the specific stage and outcome analyses. Protocols typically combine multiple treatments which may be complementary and synergistic, and the SOC in studies often includes other treatments
